Kid Rock and Creed fans just got a major reason to start planning ahead. The Rock the Country music festival has officially announced its 2026 tour dates and lineup, unveiling one of the most ambitious country-rock festival runs of the year.

The traveling festival — known for blending major headliners with a small-town, grassroots atmosphere — will return to eight U.S. cities in celebration of America’s 250th anniversary. Organizers once again emphasized the festival’s mission of bringing music, community, and celebration to regions often overlooked by large touring events.

Rather than functioning as a single destination festival, Rock the Country is designed as a multi-weekend experience, with each stop featuring its own rotating lineup and local flavor.

A Lineup Blending Country, Rock, and Crossover Stars

The 2026 announcement reveals a diverse slate of performers spanning modern country, classic rock, and crossover favorites. Among the biggest names involved:

Kid Rock, serving as a major anchor across multiple dates

Jason Aldean, one of country music’s top touring draws

Blake Shelton, returning as a fan-favorite headliner

Jelly Roll, continuing his rise as a genre-blending powerhouse

Rock acts including Creed and Shinedown

Country legends and stars such as Brooks & Dunn, Miranda Lambert, Hank Williams Jr., Riley Green, and Jon Pardi

Special appearances by Ludacris and Nelly at select stops

Lineups will vary by city, ensuring that no two Rock the Country weekends are exactly the same.

Rock the Country 2026 Tour Dates

The festival kicks off in Texas before traveling across the South, Midwest, and East Coast, wrapping up in New York in September.

Confirmed tour stops include:

May 1–2 — Bellville, TX

May 29–30 — Bloomingdale, GA

June 27–28 — Sioux Falls, SD

July 10–11 — Ashland, KY

July 25–26 — Anderson, SC

August 8–9 — Hastings, MI

August 28–29 — Ocala, FL

September 11–12 — Hamburg, NY

Each location will feature two full days of performances, along with food vendors, fan experiences, and community-focused activities.

Tickets and Fan Experiences

Tickets for Rock the Country 2026 will be available in multiple tiers, including general admission, VIP options, and expanded premium packages offering upgraded viewing areas, amenities, and exclusive access. Presale registration opens later this week, with general ticket sales expected to follow shortly after.

Given the scale of the lineup and the festival’s growing reputation, strong demand is anticipated for many of the tour stops.

Why Rock the Country Stands Out

Rock the Country continues to carve out a unique identity by merging stadium-level talent with small-town accessibility, creating an experience that appeals to both hardcore fans and casual festivalgoers. By mixing country, rock, and crossover artists on the same bill, the festival reflects the increasingly blended tastes of modern live music audiences.
