Rock musician Kid Rock took to X (formerly Twitter) to celebrate a personal fitness milestone, sharing a message about the results of five years of dedication to health and wellness.

Kid Rock transformation

The controversial rocker posted a picture of him playing Golf.

“Been on this hardcore health journey the last 5 years and really busting my ass to get in shape, so you can imagine how stoked I was to see this recent picture of me! HARD WORK PAYS!!… and if you have been thinking about doing the same, NOW IS THE TIME!!” the artist wrote, alongside a recent photo.

The post quickly gained traction, drawing reactions from fans who praised his transformation and echoed his message about consistency and discipline. Many supporters commented that his post served as motivation for their own fitness goals, while others highlighted the importance of long-term commitment rather than quick fixes.

Kid Rock, known for his outspoken personality and larger-than-life public image, has often shared personal opinions on social media, but this post struck a more motivational tone. Rather than focusing on controversy, the musician emphasized perseverance, personal accountability, and the payoff that comes from sustained effort.

Recently, California Gov. Gavin Newsom also trolled President Donald Trump regarding his golf outing with MAGA pal, Kid Rock. The musician recently shared a dramatic black-and-white photo of himself sitting on a golf cart and smiling fondly at Trump, on social media.

Kid Rock bragged that he “golfed with your favorite President again,” and that Trump played him a live version of “This Is a Man’s Man’s Man’s World” performed by soul singer James Brown and Italian opera singer Luciano Pavarotti.

Newsom’s press account jumped on the bizarre post and reshared it and mockingly writing, “cute couple.”
