Kid Rock and Cole Hauser recently hunted down a giant whitetail buck, pleasing hunting enthusiasts and upsetting animal lovers, as seen if you scroll down a bit below. The duo recently teamed up in the Mississippi wilderness for a hunt that was equal parts action movie and buddy comedy.
According to Whisky Riff:
“It’s no secret that Kid Rock, real name Bob Ritchie, is an avid hunter. The Michigan native, Tennessee resident, has shared photos of hunts over the years, including a Tennessee whitetail just a couple of weeks ago, and a somewhat controversial mountain lion hunt back in 2015. But more recently, he shared another beauty buck down in Mississippi, and this grip and grin featured a cameo appearance from Yellowstone’s own Cole Hauser, AKA Rip Wheeler.”
Kid Rock recently shared the photo to Instagram shouting out his upcoming Rock N Rodeo event:
“Slayin’ ‘em with Rip in Mississippi! We are both looking forward to the 2nd annual Kid Rock’s Rock-N-Rodeo and PBR World Finals “Unleash The Beast” World Finals at AT&T stadium in Arlington, TX, May16-18th, 2025. Tickets on sale now! pbrworldfinals.com We both hope to see y’all there!”
Kid Rock’s Rock N Rodeo is a reimagined rodeo collaboration between produced by PBR (Professional Bull Riders) in partnership with Kid Rock. They are bringing together music and rodeo and the event features live music performances as well as six rodeo teams, each led by a legendary rodeo head coach, competing in a head-to-head, bracket-style competition across barrel racing, bareback riding, saddle bronc riding, tie-down roping, team roping, steer wrestling, and breakaway roping.
It all goes down next May at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, home of the Dallas Cowboys.
