The Sun reports that Liam Gallagher made efforts to persuade Noel Gallagher to attend the Manchester charity concert, which was watched by 22.6 million viewers and raised more than £2 million for The We Love Manchester fund.
A source told the paper: “After accepting the offer to perform, Liam believed he could convince Noel to take part with him. But his calls fell on deaf ears. Noel simply can’t entertain Liam, especially while he’s with his family on holiday.
Liam tweeted, “Oh and if anybody’s seen rkid tell him he can come out now as you were LG x.”
