Motley Crue Drug Claim Stuns Rage Against The Machine Icon

Motley Crue bassist Nikki Sixx revealed that the last time he got high or drank was on July 2, 2001 in a new Instagram post. This would have been several months after the conclusion of Motley Crue’s 2000 New Tattoo tour, and a few years before the original lineup’s 2004 reunion. Tommy Lee’s wife revealed a health issue he has that could damage his career.

“Rock bottom became the foundation that I build my NEW life on. #HappyBirthday #Grateful #SobrietyRocks If anybody out there is suffering PLEASE know there is a way out!! ♥️”

He shared a photo as well.

Rage Against The Machine guitarist Tom Morello commented, “Congrats buddy.”

Nikki Sixx responded, “Thank you.”

Aerosmith guitarist Brad Whitford’s son Zack commented, “Happy birthday, dude!”
