Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee called the 7.1 earthquake that hit Southern California on Friday a ‘little roller,’ offending fans in Ridgecrest who have lost power, with severe damage to homes and even fires breaking out. Lee lives in Los Angeles, which is south of the epicenter of the earthquake. Vince Neil recently made a heartbreaking Mick Mars claim.

Lee tweeted, “Hey news! Calm the fuck down it was just a little roller you desperate for content F**ks.”

He later added, “Y’all fell me! That quake was me tweaking my new kik drums!!! Comin soon.”

Barbara D responded, “Way to minimize what the people in Ridgecrest are going through.”

spx_one said, “Depends on your proximity to the epicenter. A magnitude of 7 is no joke.”

Christi tweeted, “That little 7.1 roller affected a lot of folks in Ridgecrest area. Some people want the news so they can make sure friends and family are ok. I think you are being a little insensitive.”

Fleur de lis girl wrote, “Used to love you but this is an ignorant tweet. So, I will say in return, that I hope the next “Roller” takes your house down the cliff.”

Marty McFly tweeted, “It was actually a 7.1 119 miles east of the shaker on the 4th. Running accross the Garlock Fault… Heart you, dude; And the media are definitely desperate for attention at any costs. But that shit was legitimate. Fun fact: I’m in DC. (I just follow the science) stay gold.”
