Ozzy Osbourne’s last show with Black Sabbath’s $190 million earned is the most money ever earned for a charity concert, Billboard reports.

Earlier this month, Black Sabbath and Ozzy Osbourne took their final bow at “Back to the Beginning.” The star-studded event saw dozens of musicians and bands take the stage in tribute to Sabbath and Ozzy’s long, legendary, career – including Metallica, Alice in Chains, Guns N’ Roses, Tool, Tom Morello, Billy Corgan, Steven Tyler, Chad Smith, Slayer, Pantera, and many more.

Mötley Crüe, however, was not in attendance at the July 5th show at Villa Park in Birmingham, UK.

In the days following “Back to the Beginning,” the band’s bassist Nikki Sixx congratulated Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne for the show’s success, and thanked Black Sabbath for helping them early on in their career.

“Ozzy and Sharon gave us our first real big tour in 1984 on the Shout at the Devil tour,” Sixx wrote on Instagram. “They gave us the opportunity to play in front of Ozzy and actually in my opinion, broke the band. Congratulations on an amazing career and what a bad-ass send off.”

Mötley Crüe’s absence from “Back to the Beginning” left many fans confused, given the history between the two bands.

Responding to one fan who commented asking whether or not they had been invited to perform at the event, Sixx replied that they couldn’t be there due to “health issues within the band” – although he didn’t specify which band member he was referring to.

Now, Sixx has released a statement addressing his own “health issues,” writing on Instagram:

“As some of you know I take my health extremely serious. I work HARD and I’m not interested in dying from work and BS STRESS. I work up my blood twice a year and WE’RE focused on always evolving health my goal. Just got back today’s newest results and considering some misadventures in the past this 66 year old pirate ship looks ready to go back to sea.

“I have a wonderful wife, 5 golden children and a beautiful granddaughter.  Do you think any part of my past indulgences is worth destroying the beautiful life I built?  Never. This is it.  Either get your sh*t tighter or die a slow death crawl. We all die, some just give up sooner….I’m planning on cracking 100.  That will piss off the critics.”

This comes amid speculation that Mötley Crüe may have been the band Sharon Osbourne disinvited from “Back to the Beginning.”

While she has not yet confirmed which band she booted from the lineup, Sharon did note that fans will be “shocked” when she finally reveals who it is.
