Ten Club Ticket Support: Help Center Temp Closure

Ten Club Members,

As we continue to navigate these challenging times, we wanted to give you an update on actions we’re taking within the current climate of COVID-19.

Last week we provided you more information about the Pearl Jam 2020 North American Tour postponements and how to manage your tickets. For those of you who plan to keep your tickets, you are all set and no action is required – your tickets will be honored for new dates (to be announced).

We understand that some of you might be interested in refunding your ticket purchases, and had asked that you email us with your request. We believe we’ve been able to accommodate everyone who has requested a refund up to this point, but regrettably need to ask you to temporarily hold any additional requests.

As you can imagine, keeping our Fan Support team here at Ticketstoday safe, healthy and able to care for loved ones is one of our top priorities. We have been directed by local authorities that it is no longer in our team’s best interests to keep our U.S. Fan Support Help Centers open, and as a result we are asking our teams to take this time to be home. All email, phone and chat operations will be unavailable during this time, and as a result our ability to refund Ten Club ticket purchases will also be temporarily suspended. We will advise you as soon as those capabilities resume.

Thank you for your support during this time.

Stay safe and well,
Ticketstoday
