Rage Against The Machine singer Zack de la Rocha’s recording comeback featuring Queens of the Stone Age frontman Josh Homme has been confirmed, with the pair set to appear on Run the Jewels’ new album Run the Jewels 4, set for digital release on June 5th. Pharrell Williams is also set to appear on the album. Rick Rubin, who has worked with Rage Against The Machine and Red Hot Chili Peppers, is producing.

Horchataslut commented on the RATM Reddit, “Having Pharrell on it leads me to think it’s going to have a more pop and jazz influence?? Definitely going to be an interesting track- may end up getting a music video for it too considering popularity.”

The-Good-Morty responded, “Could be that ‘grindin’ feel.”

Horchataslut shot back, “Yeah definitely, was also thinking it could be similar to Pharrell’s track ‘freedom’ that’s got a great groove and a beautiful video. Excited to see- Pharrell has pretty smooth vocals and pairing that with RTJ and Zack’s rap is gonna be something to see.”

The-Good-Morty mentioned Zack’s unreleased solo album, “Ya, there’s the famed unreleased 20 track solo album produced by Trent Reznor, Dj shadow, el-p, dj premier, and more that was supposedly recorded before ODAAL, and then there was the album I’m referring to in my comment that ‘Diggin for Windows’ was supposedly leading up to.

I specifically remember a tweet from El-p saying ‘it’s happening. 2017 ZDLR solo album.’ Right after the single was released. I’m paraphrasing, but none the less, wtf lol.”
