Flea also recently posted a great story about working with Snoop Dogg on Instagram.

“During the early era of the @silverlake_conservatory, I once asked @snoopdogg to come and work with the kids in the studio for the day. He didn’t waffle around about it or make excuses or be too busy. He said,’“Work with kids to support their dreams and music education? I’ll be there.’ He just showed up. He had a gig that night in Las Vegas, but he came and spent the whole afternoon with the kids. He rapped while they played grooves, showing them what it was to improvise and make music on the spot. he did it for hours. Then he took time to meet every kid, and made them all feel special. The man is awesome. Facts. ❤️❤️❤️”

Red Hot Chili Peppers are expected to release a new album in 2019, their followup to 2016’s The Getaway.
