Police were called to the home around 3:40 p.m. When officers arrived, they observed that rigor mortis had already set in on both bodies. This indicates that Rob and Michele had been deceased well before anyone arrived at the house that day.
Reports indicate Romy Reiner only saw her father’s body, and didn’t know her mother was dead until paramedics arrived.
