Creed members Scott Stapp and Mark Tremonti recently reunited for a FaceTime chat while Stapp was golfing. Stapp discussed the social distanced reunion in a new Two Doods Reviews interview, via Ultimate-Guitar.

When asked if he has a ‘decent’ relationship with Tremonti and other Creed members, Stapp said, “”Yeah man, everything is cool. In fact, I was recently in Orlando at a charity golf tournament, and we were Facetiming, so everything is cool and positive and all good.”

Stapp also discussed when he felt like he had ‘made it’ with Creed. He remembered, “There’s quite a few of those moments. One, off the top of my head, I can remember when we sold out Madison Square Garden for the first time.

Just knowing that you’re in New York City – that whole saying, ‘If you can make it here, you can make it anywhere,’ and then the historic Madison Square Garden, and sell it out in record time like Creed was doing back in the day… It hits you. ‘Man, we made it…’

Playing Woodstock in ’99 and seeing as many people as you can see bleeding into the horizon, singing every word to every one of your songs, so loud that you can’t even hear yourself or the band because of how loud half a million people are singing… That’s another moment.”

Creed last played together live in 2012, after having reunited in 2009 for their fourth and currently final album Full Circle.
