Sharon Osbourne has put the Los Angeles home she shared with the late Ozzy Osbourne back on the market, with the property now listed at $17 million. The Mediterranean villa-style manor, located in Hancock Park, previously appeared for sale in 2022 before being pulled as the family weighed longer-term plans between the U.S. and the U.K.
The Osbournes originally bought the house in 2015 for $11.85 million from film producer Oren Koules, and the six-bedroom, 11-bathroom residence was built in 1929 and spans more than 10,000 square feet, as per reports.
Koules had reportedly purchased the property in 2010 for $4.2 million and carried out a substantial interior renovation before selling it on. When Ozzy and Sharon listed the home for $18 million in 2022, they were said to be considering a full-time move to the United Kingdom, but later removed it from the market.
Sharon has been splitting her time between California and the U.K., where she resides at Welders House, a Grade-II listed Georgian mansion in Buckinghamshire. The outlet also reported that moving trucks were recently seen outside the Hancock Park property amid plans for Sharon to downsize.
The listing comes in the wake of Ozzy’s death last year, with Blabbermouth citing a death certificate filed in London that said he died of a heart attack and suffered from coronary artery disease and Parkinson’s disease. Sharon has continued to make public appearances tied to Ozzy’s legacy, including tributes around his farewell period and funeral arrangements.
