This past May, it was reported that Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee and his wife of six years, Brittany Furlan, had separated as a result of Furlan being catfished by someone impersonating Falling in Reverse frontman Ronnie Radke.

Now, in an Instagram post shared on Saturday (July 19th), Lee is denying that he and Furlan have split.

“Hey fake news we’re not separated or divorced!! Get your sh*t together!! 🤣” he wrote.

This comes months after Furlan shared a video to TikTok admitting she had been communicating with someone who she thought was Radke on Snapchat, and that she was now living in a hotel room after confessing to Lee.

“I’ve been going through a really tough time in my marriage, which was none of anyone’s f***ing business,” she said in the video at the time, before explaining that someone she believed to be Radke on Snapchat “started trying to seduce me.”

She continued: “Basically, I told my husband everything. I said, you know, ‘I’ve been talking to whoever I thought this was on Snapchat — he says it’s not him, cool, whatever — ‘cause I’m a good person. I mean, I’m not a good person for talking to someone while married. I’ve been going through a lot in my marriage. No excuse, whatever.

“I come clean to my husband, my husband freaks out, messages [Radke], that’s how this all started.”

According to Radke, before Lee realized Furlan was messaging someone pretending to be him, Lee confronted and threatened him.

“Don’t f**k with me dude!” Lee reportedly messaged Radke. “What the f**k are you talking about on Snapchat? You guys are supposed to have some f***ing f**g*ts *ss dinner date last night.”

“Bro I don’t have Snapchat,” Radke claims he responded. “I like you bro I wouldn’t mess with your wife.”

Sometime later, in an interview with TMZ, Radke revealed that the FBI is now investigating the catfish attempt.

“I’m actually kind of flabbergasted… because there’s multiple other girls that were involved at the same Snapchat and I just don’t want people getting tricked and duped,” he said. “So the FBI is now involved and it’s a felony. It’s a crime. So, yeah, it’s pretty serious, I guess.”
