Tool Fan Tells Band About Trying To Die By Suicide To Their Song

Tool recently held a Music Clinic in Philadelphia, featuring Adam Jones, Justin Chancellor, and Danny Carey. One fan told an emotional story about attempting to die by suicide listening to “Jimmy.” She took a ton of pills in an attempt to overdose, and claimed she was broken, and it was her suicide song. other than that it was basically completely the same as the other clinics. yay tool. i didnt get picked to ask a question, but most of the other questions were pretty interesting. nothing new about the album. same setlist as previous clinics. seeing them play eulogy blew my fucking mind.

the final question of the evening was “what do you want Tool’s legacy to be?” to which Justin replied, ‘to inspire others to always be creative’ it was sick. it was a cool crowd too. very thankful to have been able to experience that.”
