Joe Perry, Aerosmith guitarist and vocalist has sold his estate located in Duxbury, Massachusetts for $4.1 million. This is according to a report from American Luxury, which states that the 14-room, 7-acre country gated estate had an asking price of $4.5 million.

The property also includes a heated pool which is in the shape of a Gibson guitar body, along with a rooftop garden, a three-stall barn, a high-tech media room, exposed beams, three fireplaces, a gym, and even a billiards room.

Aerosmith recorded some tracks from their 2001 album “Just Push Play” as well as “Honkin’ On Hobo” from 2004. Perry had owned the house for 33 years, and also used it to record three of his solo albums.

Perry doesn’t really live there though, as he has been spending most of his time in Los Angeles and Sarasota, Florida at his beach-front condo.

Aerosmith announced that they are partnering up with Universal Music Group for a worldwide alliance featuring the band’s entire discography, merch, and audio-video projects. Aerosmith’s 50th anniversary is coming, and for this occasion, all of the band’s iconic music will be available in one place through this new partnership with UMG.

Aerosmith members Steven Tyler, Tom Hamilton, Joe Perry, Joey Kramer, and Brad Whitford will contribute from their personal archives to curate the Aerosmith collection. They’ll help by providing music, photos, video, artwork, and other material.
