Weezer performed at the Arroyo Seco Festival at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, CA over the weekend, and the band paid homage to Guns N’ Roses by dressing up as them. On Weezer’s 1994 track “Suzanne” frontman Rivers Cuomo referenced Izzy Stradlin, Axl Rose, and Slash, in a lyric that was originally intended to include Kurt Cobain and Courtney Love, but was changed after Cobain’s suicide.
