Hoobastank guitarist Dan Estrin has posted a new photo of himself with Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl at Westfield Topanga & The Village.

“On Wednesday’s…We Shop. This dude was creepin on me all morning at the mall.”

Grohl had a busy week as we approach Christmas, appearing on Jimmy Kimmel Live a few days ago.

Stereogum reports, “On last night’s Kimmel, there was an extended bit where Billy Crystal played God — a version of God dressed, for whatever reason, like a movie executive on vacation in 1992. Halfway through, Grohl appeared as Satan flicking his tongue and playing a flying-V guitar. God and Satan, the sketch goes, are now friends, and they engage in fun activities like playing paper-rock-scissors for Ted Cruz’s soul.

As a sketch comic, Dave Grohl has very good facial expressions. He does not, however, have very good comic timing, and I’m pretty sure he blew that paper-rock-scissors bit.”

Senator Ted Cruz tweeted in response to the sketch, “Really getting into the Christmas spirit, Jimmy Kimmel just aired a skit with ‘God & Satan’ arguing and eventually deciding that I should go to Hell. It’s almost as if Jimmy’s feelings are still hurt that I kicked his ass at hoops….”
