Guns N’ Roses frontman Axl Rose was featured on a new Rolling Stone list of the greatest 100 singers of all time, while Pearl Jam frontman Eddie Vedder was snubbed. Many fans pointed out that Rose managed to make the list while Vedder and other prominent names didn’t. Axl Rose was recently confronted by a fan Guns N’ Roses banned from their concerts.

Surgically Repaired Beer Runner wrote, “Cobain is on there, but Vedder and Cornell aren’t. Freddie Mercury and Prince aren’t in the Top 10. Axl Rose makes it, but no Hetfield, Halford, or Bruce Dickinson? You’re not just clowns, @RollingStone, you’re the whole circus. Oh, and Gaga belongs there, too. There I said it.”

Rudolph said, “I can’t believe Rolling Stone had the audacity to make a top 100 singers list and not put Layne Staley or Chris Cornell on it.”

Demigoth tweeted, “There’s a lot of people on this list that are better writers than they are singers. Dylan wasn’t known for sounding like he just got knocked upside the head with a frying pan. Axl Rose isn’t even a good singer OR writer. Rolling Stone is out of touch.”

Eddie Vedder was recently photographed with Courteney Cox. Yoona tweeted, “Chris Cornell isn’t on the list, Mick Jagger is higher than Freddie Mercury a literal JOKE, how tf did Bjork make the list at 60, Bon Dylan at #7 LAUGHABLE and TELL ME WHY AXL ROSE IS NOT AT LEAST TOP 50 … Rolling Stones should stop making lists it’s embarrassing.”

Caroline wrote, “No Dave Grohl, no Brandon Flowers, no Eddie Vedder, no Chris Cornell. On and on 😂.”

Paul chimed in, “Neil Young makes the list, but not David Crosby, Steven Stills or Graham Nash. Axl Rose but not Ron McKernan? Lou Reed? I love VU but it’s got exactly fuck all to do with his vocal stylings. & if you’re going to include Christina Aguillara, Miley Cyrus breaks the top 20.” Eddie Vedder’s wife was recently saddened by terrifying news.
