The status of Dave Grohl and his wife’s marriage has been up in the air since the Foo Fighters frontman announced this past September that he has fathered a child with another woman. Despite the rocky situation, it is being reported by People that Grohl, his wife Jordyn Blum, and their three daughters spent the holidays together.

“They are all spending Christmas as a family,” a source told the publication on Dec. 23.

This comes after another source told People in November that Grohl is no longer working with a divorce attorney, and is “instead hoping to work things out with his wife.”

A third source explained that Grohl “loves his family” and is trying to do everything he can to keep it intact.

“Dave’s been prioritizing his family,” the source said. “He knows he messed up. It’s one of those situations where you don’t realize what you have until you’re about to lose it. He doesn’t want to lose his family.”

While Blum and Grohl have both been spotted several times without their wedding rings, an insider told People that she is not ready to make any big decisions and is instead focusing on their daughters.

“She doesn’t want to make any hasty decisions, since it’s all affecting their girls,” the source said. “She’s still unhappy and not wearing her wedding ring, but things have calmed down.”
