Ozzy Osbourne, one of the biggest legends in rock music, has died. Musicians from all over the world are sharing their sadness and honoring him after the news of his passing on Tuesday.

Black Sabbath, the band he helped start in 1967, quickly paid tribute by sharing a photo of Ozzy smiling on stage. They captioned it, “Ozzy Forever.” Ozzy was the original lead singer of the band but was kicked out in 1979 because of drug and alcohol problems. However, he rejoined the group many years later and performed with them again starting in 1997.

Travis Barker from Blink-182 and YUNGBLUD also shared their tributes. Both of them performed at Ozzy’s final Black Sabbath show on July 5. Travis posted an old photo of himself with the band on Instagram. YUNGBLUD posted a recent picture where he gave Ozzy a silver and gold diamond cross as a gift.

The singer of “Zombie” wrote that he was shocked by Ozzy’s death, saying Ozzy was full of life just a few weeks ago. He added, “I will never forget you. You will be in every note I sing and with me every time I walk on stage.”

Marilyn Manson called Ozzy a true hero and someone who inspired him. Sammy Hagar said Ozzy was a “one of a kind true rock legend.”

Many other stars also posted online to honor Ozzy. This included Metallica, Elton John, John Stamos, Ronnie Wood from the Rolling Stones, Jack White, David Draiman from Disturbed, and others.

According to his family, Ozzy passed away on Tuesday while surrounded by his loved ones. His cause of death has not yet been shared with the public. Ozzy Osbourne was 76 years old.
