The first trial dates have been revealed on Los Angeles Superior Court’s official website for Vicky Cornell’s lawsuit against Dr. Robert Koblin over the death her late husband Chris Cornell. Note that these are tentative and can change as the case goes on.
The case is categorized as: “Other Personal Injury/Property Damage/Wrongful Death (General Jurisdiction).” Vicky has accused Dr. Koblin of prescribing Chris Cornell large amounts of dangerous prescription drugs, which she believes helped contribute to his death in May 2017. Vicky has said that Chris was abusing the prescription drug Ativan. The medical examiner ruled the cause of death as suicide by hanging.
