Foo Fighters performed at Fenway Park in Boston over the weekend, and Eagles legend Joe Walsh took the stage for a “Rocky Mountain” cover. Dave Grohl’s doctor, Dr. Lou, rushed onto the stage and went crazy for a cover of the Ramones’ “Blitzrieg Bop.” Watch videos below.

Telegram wrote in a review, “Phooey on you if you missed the Foo Fighters at Fenway Park this weekend.

Last time, the mighty Foo Fighters conquered Fenway, Dave Grohl was wearing a cast for a broken leg and dislocated ankle, and he was sitting high and mighty on an elaborate motorized throne.

Saturday night, Grohl immediately made up for lost time from being benched three years earlier by running around the stage and the barreling down the center catwalk like he was the Looney Tunes’ Tasmanian Devil shot out of a cannon.

In the first of many profanity-laced tirades, Grohl said, ‘It’s good to be back, (expletive expletives)’ before giving the sold-out crowd an invitation to dance all night. It was closer to three-hours, but who’s counting.

Except for 2014′s ‘Sonic Highways,’ each of the Foo Fighters’ nine albums spanning 24 years was represented in the 26-song set-list, and they were all gems.

Shredding on his custom-made Gibson Trini Lopez guitar, as well as shredding his voice, Grohl and his fellow Foo Fighters delivered their first full-throttle, frontal assault with ‘All My Life’ and, in what could be considered the musical equivalent to a home run derby, the hits kept on coming.”
