Pearl Jam frontman Eddie Vedder did not take part in the Temple of the Dog tour in 2016 just months prior to Chris Cornell’s death, and his wife Jill just uploaded a photo album where she is wearing a Temple of the Dog shirt in a photo with her daughter Harper Moon. Temple of the Dog just revealed if they have a secret new album.

She wrote, “Harper Moon!!!! Happy 12th birthday to the sweetest, smartest, silliest, most caring girl in the world!!! Our family would not be complete without you!! You brighten all of our days with your song and dance performances and we still don’t even mind you singing Hamilton all day, everyday for the past 3 years 😜… we love you Harp! Thanks for being you 🙏🏼❤️🙏🏼.”

A fan commented, “I believe named for Ben Harper. Happy Birthday.” Jill Vedder responded, “Nope .. that’s not how she got her name.”

Eddie Vedder last performed live with Temple of the Dog in 2014 at the Bridge School Benefit. This is the last time Vedder performed with Chris Cornell live before his May 2017 death.

Vedder also performed live with Temple of the Dog in 2011 and 2009, and many fans wondered why Vedder didn’t at least make a guest appearance at Temple of the Dog’s November 2016 show in Seattle, even if he wasn’t a part of the regular tour lineup with Cornell, Stone Gossard, Mike McCready, Jeff Ament, and Matt Cameron.
