Eddie Vedder Makes Painful The Who Revelation

Pearl Jam frontman Eddie Vedder bought late The Who bassist John Entwistle’s jacket before his death in 2002. Entwistle died in a Las Vegas hotel room in 2002 from a cocaine induced heart attack. Entwisle was with a stripper at the time of his death. Surviving The Who members Pete Townshend and Roger Daltrey later carried on with their 2002 North American tour. Eddie Vedder’s wife revealed a massive paycheck last week for a great cause.

Danny Clifford wrote on social media, “Shall I mention again that I worked with The Who? No, I don’t think so. Anyway, whilst working with The Who (oops, I mentioned it again), I did this studio shoot in 2010 in London with Pete Townshend & Pearl Jam’s Eddie Vedder. Who happens to be a huge Who fan. Eddie was telling me that he had a jacket with him (not the one in this photo) that he bought from John Entwistle.

Not an ordinary jacket, but, a well know stage jacket worn by John on some of The Who’s big gigs. He was very happy that he now has that. A nice bit of rock n roll history there.”

Eddie Vedder’s wife was recently stunned by a bad Creed comment from a Scott Stapp fan. PearlJamOnline recently reported, “It’s no wonder since the Pearl Jam singer is the director and creator of the festival that takes place since 2016 in Dana Point, California. Before Eddie other bands will take the stage like Incubus, Glen Hansard, Mudhoney, Donavon Frankenreiter, Benjamin Booker, Laura Jane Grace and others.

Is this going to be the right time to listen to some new songs from the album Pearl Jam have been working on recently? We like to remember that in 2008, the singer played Unthought Known and The End for the first time and these songs were lately included on Backspacer, their 9th album that was published the next year.” Metallica and The Who made an emotional cancer announcement last month.
