Last night on Fox News’ The Greg Gutfeld Show, host Greg Gutfeld discussed President Obama’s farewell party. Obama will be leaving office on January 20th when President-elect Donald Trump is sworn in.

“Meanwhile, President Obama showed off his cool kid friends at his White House bash, his final one. Among the guests at the event were Beyonce, Jay-Z, Bruce Springsteen, Paul McCartney, you remember him from Wings, Usher, Eddie Vedder. Here’s Eddie Vedder preparing for the gig.”

Fox News then showed video of Pearl Jam’s MTV Unplugged performance with a garbled voice over Vedder’s real voice. You can watch the video below at the end of the article.

Gutfeld added after the video, “He really is an American talent.” Gutfeld trashed Red Hot Chili Peppers last year as being the ‘worst band on the planet,’ stating that Faith No More were far superior.

Vedder is a longtime supporter of Obama, helping him raise $1.7 million for his 2012 re-election campaign at a fundraiser concert in Tampa Bay in September 2012. Vedder played four songs for the President and 85 guests who attended at a $20,000-per-person fundraiser at the home of signer-songwriter Don Miggs and Lisa deBartolo, a daughter of the former owner of the San Francisco 49ers, Eddie DeBartolo Jr. Vedder also hung out with Obama in Honolulu in 2012.

Vedder was a vocal critic of Trump last year, singing lyrics criticizing the President-elect. Vedder sang, “Fuck Donald Trump. It’s like his penis gets smaller every time he says huge. I like Hillary but I can feel the Bern.”

Vedder also called Trump a ‘nasty orangutan’
