Former Guns N’ Roses drummer Matt Sorum posted a photo with Izzy Stradlin on Instagram discussing his new collaboration with Izzy Stradlin, “Great to play music with old Bandmate #IzzyStradlin New Song is calling FP Money available everywhere July #newmusic #rocknroll”
Sorum recently surprisingly said he is fine with being left out of the Not In This Lifetime tour in a WRIF radio interview, “Obviously there’s bands of mine that I’ve been playing with over the years that are out on the road doing different things. People go, ‘Hey Matt, Don’t you wish you were doing that?’ I go, ‘No, I like what the next thing brings.”
Former bassist Tommy Stinson is feeling surprisingly positive despite his exit from the band. He wrote on Instagram, “great to see me ol’ pals last nite in KC! i am so grateful for the time i had playin with these gents.!!! thanx to all the fans that bought me drinks last nite!”
