Kid Rock recently took to his Twitter account and posted a picture that saw him with “Coal Miner’s Daughter Loretta Lynn. It was snapped before her recent death.
Kid Rock drops picture with Loretta Lynn
Kid Rock and Loretta Lynn have been friends for several years. In 2020, the pair sparked quite the conversation online when they staged a fake wedding when Lynn’s son and daughter-in-law renewed their vows.

Loretta Lynn passes away at 90
Loretta Lynn wrote gutsy lyrics and twangy, down-home vocals that made her a queen of country music for seven decades recently saddended the music world when she died. She was 90.
She breathed her last at her home in Hurricane Mills, Tennessee in the early morning hours of Tuesday, October 4. Hours after Lynn’s passing, her family shared the following statement.
Lynn’s family said in a statement to CNN that she died Tuesday at her home in Tennessee.
“Our precious mom, Loretta Lynn, passed away peacefully this morning, October 4th, in her sleep at home in her beloved ranch in Hurricane Mills,” the statement read. They asked for privacy as they grieve and said a memorial will be announced later.
Over the course of her iconic 60-year career, Lynn earned a staggering 51 Top 10 hits and 16 No.1 hits to her name, including “Coal Miner’s Daughter,” “Fist City” and “Don’t Come Home A’ Drinkin’ (With Lovin’ on Your Mind).” She has also sold over 45 million albums worldwide.
