KISS guitarist Ace Frehley recently passed away, and new information has emerged regarding his alleged daughter with rock groupie Audrey Hamilton as per Ultimate Classic Rock reported on these details.
Details on Ace Frehley’s alleged daughter
Hamilton’s connection to rock music began in the 1970s when she met Led Zeppelin while on tour. Her relationship with the band’s frontman, Robert Plant, ended tragically due to a personal loss. Following that, Hamilton had relationships with other rock musicians, most notably with Frehley.
“After striking up a conversation with a Led Zeppelin roadie at a bar, she was invited to meet the band. She then came face to face with Robert Plant and sparks immediately flew,” the source noted. “The singer invited Hamilton to join the band on the road, which she happily agreed to. For months, Hamilton traveled with the band and enjoyed the wild ride of rock-star life—even though she and Plant had spouses at home.”
The romance ended abruptly when Plant’s young son passed away. However, Hamilton’s involvement with rock musicians continued.
Hamilton’s run with Led Zeppelin has become a significant part of rock history. Her influence extended beyond her relationship with Plant. During the band’s touring years, her presence coincided with some of their most iconic periods, and she gained recognition in rock circles for her connections to multiple legendary musicians.
Hamilton dated Mick Ralphs and had encounters with David Bowie, among several other musicians. Her most notable relationships following Plant were with Ace Frehley and Ralphs. Her presence in the rock scene during the late 1970s and early 1980s established her as a prominent figure among groupies and rock enthusiasts.
“Audrey officially faded out of the limelight after she became pregnant from a dalliance with Ace Frehley from KISS, and gave birth to their daughter Lindsey in September 1980. Besides traveling and a brief period in Houston, Audrey has spent her whole life in Dallas. There was talk of her writing a memoir in the mid-2010s, but nothing has resulted so far.”
