Frances Bean Cobain, the daughter of late Rock and Roll Hall of Famer and Nirvana lead singer Kurt Cobain posted pictures of her friend’s baby to her Instagram account.
Sharing two photos on Instagram stories, Frances wrote “The squiggler” as the caption.
In recent news, Kurt Cobain’s guitar sold for a whopping $4.5 million. The guitar was owned by the Nirvana frontman and it was featured in the music video for the band’s hit song “Smells Like Teen Spirit.”
The guitar was purchased by billionaire Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay.
The 1969 left-handed Fender Mustang guitar—with the brand’s Competition Lake Placid Blue finish with matching headstock was estimated to sell for $600,000-$800,000 by Julien’s Auction, who helped sell the guitar.
The guitar was in Kurt Cobain’s family after the singer passed away in 1994. It was, however, lent out for display at the Museum of Pop Culture in Seattle, which is also Nirvana’s hometown, for the past 12 years.
Cobain played the guitar in the music video of “Smells Like Teen Spirit,” which was released in 1991.
The new owner of the guitar, Irsay, has a net worth of $3.5 million. He has a vast collection of memorabilia related to rock music and pop culture.
