Linkin Park unexpectedly canceled their concert today, June 20, at Bernexpo in Bern, Switzerland. The band announced the cancellation just before doors were set to open, citing “a medical issue in the band” as the reason.
This sudden announcement left fans surprised and disappointed, especially those already en route to the venue. One fan commented online, “That being said, I am disappointed in the way this was communicated, just 30 min before the opening of the doors… I feel really sorry for the people who will travel or are travelling right now to the venue without knowing.”
While details remain scarce, Swiss news outlets reported that a band member fell ill, prompting the last-minute decision. Linkin Park issued an official statement promising to return to Bern in 2026 as part of their extended European tour. Ticket holders are being advised to await further instructions from their ticket providers regarding rescheduling and refunds.
This marks the second canceled appearance for Linkin Park this year, following their withdrawal from April’s Sick New World Fest in Las Vegas due to poor ticket sales.
The band, now fronted by Emily Armstrong, has been touring internationally since their 2024 comeback. The From Zero World Tour is expected to continue through 2026.
