Marilyn Manson Shares Bizarre Photos Of Bassist Accused Of Rape With Trent Reznor & Courtney Love

Marilyn Manson made a bizarre Facebook post last night with showed himself and Twiggy Ramirez, who has been accused of rape by Jessicka Addams, with Courtney Love and Nine Inch Nails frontman Trent Reznor. The caption says: ‘Gentlemen prefer blondes.’

Jack Off Jill frontwoman Jessicka Addams accused Marilyn Manson bassist Jeordie White, better known by the stage name Twiggy Ramirez, of raping her in a Facebook post a couple of days ago. Manson liked a tweet of hers on Sunday that seemed to indicate that he could believe White is an abuser. White is still a member of Manson’s band.

Addams also wrote on Facebook about ‘rape apologists.’

“Being a feminist doesn’t mean that you must speak about your rape on other’s appropriate timeline. Rape is an intersectional global problem.

It’s never the right time. Rape apologists will always excuse the abusers behavior because they have invested time and energy into their career.

When you are ready, if you are ever ready the truth just comes out.

I believe in strong women. I believe in the woman who is able to stand up for herself. I believe in the woman who doesn’t need to hide behind anyone’s back. I believe that if you have problems, as a woman you deal with them, you don’t play victim, you are a survivor, you don’t make yourself look weak, you do not care if others think you are lying. You tell the truth. You stand and you deal. You face the world with your head held high and you carry the universe in your heart.”

Marilyn Manson released a statement regarding allegations that his bassist Jordie White (known by the stage name of Twiggy Ramirez) raped Jessicka Addams. You can read Addams’ full accusation by clicking here.

“I knew Jessicka and Jeordie had a romantic relationship many years ago and I considered and still consider Jessicka to be a friend. I knew nothing about these allegations until very recently and am saddened by Jessicka’s obvious distress.”

According to her statement, she and White began dating in the ’90s—when she was 18—but over time his temper turned increasingly physical. During a tour break with Nine Inch Nails, White allegedly visited Addams at their friend Pete‘s apartment. “He forced me on to the floor with his hand around my neck,” she wrote. “I said NO. I said NO. I said it so loud enough, that Pete came rushing in from the other room to get him off of me. But I had been raped. I had been raped by somebody I thought I loved.” See her full post below.

Addams explained her decision to come forward now, stating that she’d been warned by her record company in 1997 about going public, but finally wanted to share her story. “The label blatantly feared the big machine behind Marilyn Manson would use their power to destroy not only Jack Off Jill, but my name, Jessicka, as well. The pressure and guilt of the inevitable repercussions of my rape story affecting my band’s livelihood, happiness and success kept me silent for years.” A 2015 interview she gave Alternative Press obliquely hinted at the abusive relationship she had with White.
