Miley Cyrus’ sister Noah recently shocked the fans with her new look as she looks completely unrecognizable. The singer posed for photos at the Miss Sohee Haute Couture Spring/Summer 2023 show at Paris Fashion Week.

The “July” singer did not hold back to go bold and freed the nipple during an afternoon outing in the City of Light, as she stepped out in a black chest-baring gown on January 24. Noah’s Stéphane Rolland Haute Couture design featured a large chain-link attachment that barely covered her breasts and an even more plunging neckline that swooped just above her belly button.
The 23-year-old’s head-turning dress, which looked like something out of Morticia Addams’ glamorously macabre closet, also included long sleeves and a floor-length train for a mini dose of modesty. She paired her outfit with sheer pantyhose, black strappy heels and bleached eyebrows.
As of late, she rocks the browless look often. In fact, she has been sporting it somewhat regularly since 2022. Her lips also appeared significantly plumper than in recent snaps, leading to rumors that she may have gotten procedures. The All Falls Down singer had her many tiny tattoos on full display as she posed. It has been also noted that Noah has been getting serious praise for her Paris Fashion Week looks.
