Motley Crue made two tweets yesterday, including cryptically mentioning the date February 3, 2019, which is also interestingly the date of the Super Bowl.

“Happy Crüe Year too all our #Crüeheads around the world. 2019 is going to EPIC!”

“✌️ + ?+ ? 02.03.19 #ad.”

The band could be releasing new music that they recorded for their upcoming biopic ‘The Dirt’, which is set for release on March 22nd.

Vince Neil revealed ‘The Dirt’ release date in a tweet last month. He wrote: “Wow!!! Just left Netflix offices. Just saw ‘The Dirt’ movie!! Fuckin awesome!! Can’t wait for everyone to see it! Released March 22!! Yea!!!”

Motley Crue recorded four new songs for ‘The Dirt’ movie. Bassist Nikki Sixx described the recordings as “real and raw. Everybody is playing like mad and the songs crush,” he wrote on Twitter. “[Producer] Bob Rock brought the sounds. Plus we have a surprise that will confirm that we’re outta our minds.”

Nikki Sixx has also also shared his expectations for women in 2019 on Twitter.

He tweeted, “Hey ladies, you can stop using all the filters on your face now…..We love you for who you are….. #2019”

A fan said: “Not as long as Kardashians have millions of followers it seems ?”

Nikki responded: “If someone jumped off a cliff would you follow? #2019 #TimeForChange”

A fan responded: “This is a good message. I guess the hardest part about doing your own thing is being able to handle people who don’t understand your vision. Oh well, fuck em!”

Nikki said: “We never will never make it to the top of the hill without kicking some dirt on the people behind us”
