He later teased that he has the highly sought after unheard songs “Atlas Shrugged” and “Checkmate”. The songs were written for a potential Chinese Democracy followup that never came to fruition.

Anyway, I heard that Christmas and January will be good for GNR fans. Probably not an album though.

If anyone here wants to trade, make it happen. I have a lot of stuff, including Checkmate and Atlas (the old versions btw. I’m interested in newer versions.). My inbox is open for you.

Who wants to hear Checkmate?

Do you think this guy is the real deal based on what he has? We’ll have to wait and see.

There was never any purported “Chinese Democracy follow-up” album. There were just two or three albums worth of songs written in Axl’s wilderness years, and only 14 were released for the Chinese Democracy album. The rest will likely come out in 10 years when they finally get around to releasing another album.

Great name for a female, well done!

With all the solo stuff Slash is putting out and now Duff, they should sit down with Axl and write some songs. It’s time.

Hello, Brett. If you want to be taken seriously as a writer, you should consider taking a grammar course. I’ve noticed your articles are riddled with errors, and the worse part is that you, the professional writer, probably don’t even realize this. I’ll be checking back periodically to see if your work improves. Cheers.
