According to CDC_ on the Nine Inch Nails Reddit, Gnarlywood Customer Service (Firebrand Live) have stated that Nine Inch Nails offered them an updated on their reissue releases.

Last month, Goldmine Magazine was listing that the definitive editions of Nine Inch Nails’ The Downward Spiral, The Fragile, Broken, With Teeth, and Year Zero would be released on April 21st. There was no confirmation from the band, pre-orders for some albums have not been put up in NIN’s store.
