A 50th birthday bash for Pearl Jam guitarist Mike McCready took place at Seattle’s Neptune Theater Friday night. The event included a set by one of McCready’s favorite bands, Cheap Trick, with McCready also joining in with the band. The highlight of the set however featured Pearl Jam vocalist Eddie Vedder for a take of “I Want You To Want Me”.
Also in attendance were Soundgarden’s Kim Thayil, and Mad Season, Screaming Trees, and Walking Papers drummer Barrett Martin.
Thank You @cheaptrick @CheapTrickRick for making my 50th birthday amazing!!! https://t.co/Y5ajm9jWWs
