Trump ‘Board of Peace’ Clip Uses Guns N’ Roses ‘November Rain’

A social media post tying President Trump to Guns N’ Roses has begun circulating online, after an account praised the President while referencing the band’s 1991 ballad “November Rain.”

In the post, Paul White Gold Eagle wrote that “Only President Trump can have a board of peace jamming to November rain by Guns N’ Roses,” Paul White Gold Eagle stated.

Trump asked the Board of Peace if they liked the song, calling “November Rain” a good song.

Guns N’ Roses’ music has repeatedly surfaced in political contexts over the years, sometimes prompting pushback from artists; Alternative Nation has previously covered how musicians have reacted when their work is pulled into the political spotlight, including when Jack White called out a president-linked clip over its content.

At the time of writing, there has been no public comment from Guns N’ Roses regarding the specific post, and it remains unclear whether the “November Rain” usage referenced was authorised by the band for President Trump.
