Scott Weiland’s widow Jamie has shared a never before seen photo of the late Stone Temple Pilots frontman on his 46th birthday on October 27, 2013, to celebrate what would have been his 51st birthday today.
She wrote about the photo, “He looks grumpy (but insanely handsome, of course) because getting up early was never his thing…he had a sound check that morning and the hotel was a little behind with room service (coffee)…But this was him, on his birthday, in Washington, D.C., in 2013. He was beyond loved and is missed in ways I will never have words for – and always will be. He would be 51 today.”
She also shared a photo of a gift she gave Weiland for his 46th birthday, Oscar Wilde’s The Picture of Dorian Gray. She wrote in the book to Weiland:

The Picture of Dorian Gray is the story of a man who gives his soul to retain his youth. Written in 1891, it is Oscar Wilde’s most famous novel, a brilliant and dramatic portrayal of the evil that results from obsession with a life of sensation.
Scott Weiland married Jamie in June 2013. They were married until his death in December 2015.
