Guns N’ Roses guitarist Slash has revealed a photo of legendary AC/DC guitarist Angus Young looking quite evil onstage! Slash wrote, “iiii]; )'” An AC/DC member recently posted mysterious studio photos.

Axl Rose fronted AC/DC on their 2016 tour, and Slash discussed the rumored return of Brian Johnson, Phil Rudd, and Cliff Williams for a new AC/DC album and tour in a recent Consequence of Sound interview.

“I think Phil Rudd is one of the best drummers of all time. So anytime he was not in the band, I was always disappointed. But it’s great that Cliff [Williams is] going to be back because I remember being backstage with those guys at the end of the last tour and him saying that he was gone and that he was retired. So it’s great that everybody’s back, but it’s especially awesome that Brian [Johnson] is back.”

Tyler Bryant discussed Angus Young and AC/DC in a new Ultimate-Guitar interview.

You ended up going on tour with AC/DC some years ago. How did you get this gig and what it did feel like performing on the same stage with AC/DC?

“We originally got offered three shows as an audition. The way I understood it was that if Angus liked us we would do the rest of the US dates and if he didn’t, we would be sent home. Luckily for us, we got the whole rest of the tour. It would’ve been a hard pill to swallow if Angus hated us.”

Did you get the chance to spend some time with Angus Young?

“Yes. He was very kind and treated us like we belonged there. Everyone on that tour treated us so well. I will always be grateful to that band and their crew for that.”
