Slipknot and Stone Sour frontman Corey Taylor had high praise for Avengers: Endgame and Avengers: Infinity War in a new tweet.

He posted, “Avengers: IW & EG might be the two best back-to-back action movies ever made. But let’s not discount the YEARS of consistently amazing casting and story-telling that built up so much emotional payoff. Don’t care what anyone says- Marvel movies fuckin’ RULE.”

Avengers: Endgame smashed box office records in its opening weekend, making over $350 million in the United States alone.

Corey Taylor’s fiancee Alicia Dove recently made an Instagram post about their dog Scrappy, “We didn’t adopt Scrappy from a shelter, (he was found by a young boy in the middle of the woods and needed a home) but we definitely support adopting and rescuing whenever possible. Yes, ALL animals need homes, but if that’s your argument, you have missed the point entirely.

Each year, about 2.7 MILLION dogs and cats are euthanized each year in the United States. If we can snuff out breeders, pet stores, and puppy mills by not supporting them, continue to promote spaying and neutering, and focus our efforts to rehoming those in need – we can do a great service. I promise you an adopted pet will love you just as much as any designer breed.”
