Aerosmith guitarist Joe Perry will perform at the Roxy in Hollywood on January 16th for his Sweetzerland Manifesto release party with guests Robin Zander of Cheap Trick, former Van Halen singer Gary Cherone, David Johansen, Terry Reid, Stone Temple Pilots members Dean and Robert DeLeo, Buck Johnson, and David Goodstein.
Gary Cherone was Van Halen’s third singer, and Stone Temple Pilots just recently announced their third singer Jeff Gutt. DeLeo tweeted about playing with Cherone, “Some serious vocals being laid down at rehearsal by Gary Cherone and Buck Johnson with Joe Perry.”

STP shared a rare poster from a New Years Eve performance on December 31, 1991 on Twitter.
New Year’s Eve poster from 26 years ago, before we were Stone Temple Pilots. We got signed 4 months later to Atlantic Records.
We thank all of you, our family and friends for sharing this journey with us.
Looking forward to 2018.
Happy New Year everyone! pic.twitter.com/uNKUFCZ9jr— Stone Temple Pilots (@STPBand) January 1, 2018
