Blink-182 recently performed in Dublin, Ireland and during the concert, Tom DeLonge revealed that he showed an inappropriate photo of himself to Mark Hoppus’ wife.

Tom DeLonge and Mark Hoppus recalls the incident

Tom DeLonge said: “Mark needed to feel closer to me. He needed to feel a little support, a little bit of love. So I showed him a picture of me naked. That’s a true story.”

Mark Hoppus replied: “By the way, that’s not the whole story. He didn’t just show me a picture of himself naked. He showed my 8***ing wife picture of him. He showed a picture of himself naked. Rock ****ing hard, to my ****ing wife…graphic. And you know what? After 32 years in this bed, it probably seemed even closer together. It did. Because we’re brothers in this band. It’s called ****ing friendship. Okay, look it up.”

Tom DeLonge returned to Blink-182 two years ago after an extended hiatus, his second since its formation. The pair rekindled their friendship around the time of Hoppus’s cancer diagnosis in 2021. There were a handful of emotional moments during the set. However, they did make some explicit jokes as seen above, and they recently landed in trouble at one of the recent concerts.

Blink-182 will release eight new songs as part of the deluxe edition to their 2023 reunion album, “One More Time…” The expanded LP will be released on Sept. 6 via Columbia Records.

The band revealed the tracklist for “Part 2” by sharing a first look at the limited-edition “blue balls” vinyl packages available for pre-order. New songs include “Every Other Weekend,” “No Fun,” “Can’t Go Back,” “Everyone Everywhere,” “One Night Stand,” “Take Me In,” “If You Never Left” and All In My Head.” The latter song will be released as a single on Aug. 23.

“One More Time” topped the Billboard 200 albums list in October. The record logged 125,000 units in its debut week as a top-selling album with pure album sales equating to 101,000 units sold.

“One More Time” is Blink-182’s first record with Tom DeLonge since he re-joined the band in 2022. DeLonge has also been on the road with original members Mark Hoppus and Travis Barker since the beginning of this year. After playing a series of dates in North America this summer, Blink-182 will return to the United States in September for festival appearances, including Austin City Limits in Austin, Texas.
