Falling in Reverse singer Ronnie Radke recently filed a restraining order against Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee’s wife Brittany Furlan Lee, as per TMZ.

TMZ reported that documents obtained by the outlet show Ronnie filed the TRO on Monday in LA Superior Court, noting that Brittany harassed him by contacting him multiple times on social media.
Furlan’s legal team has responded to the restraining order petition with their own statement addressing the allegations.
A representative on behalf of Brittany Furlan told TMZ that they are aware of the restraining order petition that has been filed.
“The claims being made about Ms. Furlan are not accurate. Our legal counsel issued multiple cease-and-desist notices in May after what we considered to be a pattern of harassment, bullying and false public statements about her.”
The representative continued, “Those notices were acknowledged, but the behavior continued. Ms. Furlan will respond through the court process and hopes the matter can be resolved peacefully. No further comment will be made at this time.”
Radke also released multiple videos and photos to counter her allegations in what he describes as a catfish scandal. The musician shared his response on Instagram, directly addressing the ongoing controversy.
“Brittany, you just want your husband and all your friends to think that me and you had a mutual thing. I never spoke to you. You want to let it go, but you don’t stop talking about it. It’s devastating. There is so much more I could say right now. I swear to God, you don’t want me to,” Radke said in his first video.
He continued to deny the allegations and expressed concern about the situation’s effect on his reputation.
“I promise you. I would f*cking World War III. I promise you. I’m holding back. You don’t want me to talk. None of your friends do either. I promise you. I’m just so sick of it. Like, all my fans, these fans are sending me that I don’t… If I wanted to hang out with you and Snapchat you when you drove to my old house that’s on the internet that all you gotta do is go Ronnie Radke’s house, and that’s the f*cking address that pops up. Why didn’t I come outside? Why didn’t I say sorry and meet you somewhere else if something got weird? Why have I never met you or talked to you before? Do you think there’s some sick, twisted game going on? You’re out of your f*cking mind! I didn’t Snapchat you! didn’t send you messages. Ever.”
Radke also addressed the personal impact of the allegations on his relationship with Tommy Lee. He described Tommy Lee as someone he grew up listening to.
“You wanna talk about letting it go? You’re still talking about it and forcing me to f*cking clear the air. You know how f*cking hard it is that f*cking somebody I grew up listening to, like your husband, hates my f*cking guts now and is convinced that I’m doing some secret weirdo sh*t when I’m not? I put that on my f*cking child and my dead brother. I’d never f*cking Snapchatted you in my life. And if I did, why don’t you have any other f*cking sort of evidence at all about it? Why don’t you? Just post all the evidence that you have.”
In his final video, Radke escalated his response by threatening legal action. He made additional accusations against Furlan Lee.
“Brittany Furlan, you’re caught again. You were caught in a group chat with my super fans and you’re just f*cking retarded and don’t realize it. And the sh*t you’re saying in there could probably either make you end up in jail or get in a lot of trouble, potentially. This will be the last time I talk about this because at this point, this is all legal and probably some sort of stalking or harassment at this point since how long it’s been,” he stated.
He concluded with serious allegations about Furlan Lee’s conduct with his fans.
“So you’re coercing fans to lie and say that I’m messaging them inappropriately when they’re underage. That’s gotta be illegal. … Brittany Furlan, you’re married. It’s been May 11th of 2025 is when you were Snapchatting somebody, right? This long, you’re saving shirtless pictures of me still to this day. You’re messaging fucking parasocial psychopath fans trying to get them to lie to create false narratives about me. You’re a piece of shit. You wanna talk about who’s narcissistic? You’re f*cking narcissistic.”
