Tool frontman Maynard James Keenan offered a first look at the new Puscifer album on his social media channels, with two pictures and quotes, along with confirming the record will come out in 2020. A Tool member recently discussed a new album being canceled.

Keenan first posted, “‘Parallel, this path you travel. Similar, but far from equal…’ @matmitchell @carinaround @septimuswarren @pillowpersonpp @gunbuns #maynardjameskeenan #puscifer2020 @danielmartindiaz.”

He later wrote, “‘… Contentious, glorious friction awakens the cognizant and mindful…’

Triciarenea commented on one of the photos on Instagram, “Ellipses: a series of dots that indicates an intentional omission of a word, sentence or whole section from a text. What came before and whats next, that what I want to know.” Canis_eternitus added, “I am so psyched. This album is the high point of my year musically! Aliens are real guys #boblazar.”

Webwalker_tv said, “I saw two balls of light travel and teleport next to an ominous cloud in New Mexico on Sep. 1.” Trystan_an_zora chimed in, “Interesting choice of UFO, thats one of the Haunebu model Saucers built my the nazis during WW2, or so the conspiracy goes.”

Gm_lambert also said about the UFO photo, “#puscifer2020 comin’ at ya like a UFO from outer space! 🔥😎👽🚀 Bring the heat!! @puscifer @carinaround @matmitchell.”
