Tool frontman Maynard James Keenan has reacted to a video telling him he will go to hell when he dies via his Puscifer Twitter page. A major new Tool album hint was recently posted on Twitter, with some guessing a big name from the band’s past is coming back for the new record.
BrenArt tweeted, “@puscifer please tell me you’ve seen this already… ? I can’t wait see your response 🙌🏼👹👺”
Maynard James Keenan responded, “Perfect PSA for Jimmy Hats. “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure (not the band)” Benjamin Franklin. #nojudgement”
BrenArt shot back, “Solid response. Looking forward to August ! safe travels over there! ✌🏽”
There have been reports of a new Tool single being released in July from a surprising SiriusXM name, and now Tool have now posted a new official newsletter.
Blair wrote, “With only two more shows to go on Tool’s current European tour, the only news I’ve received so far is how damn hot it is – with the Autobahn melting and temperatures exceeding those in Death Valley, how Danny just missed out on purchasing in England a 1659 first edition of Meric Causabon’s ‘A True and Faithful Relation of what Passed for Many Rears Between Dr. John Dee and some Spirits,’ and how some of the band members got to hang out with Tool fans employed by CERN in Zurich, Switzerland.”
