Smashing Pumpkins frontman Billy Corgan revealed that he had been in the Hollywood home that Sharon Tate was murdered in with Nine Inch Nails frontman Trent Reznor in a new Instagram story Q&A. Tate’s final days are featured in a completely fictionalized version of the Charles Manson massacre in the Quentin Tarantino film ‘Once Upon A Time In Hollywood.’ Corgan also reflected on the current state of America, and earlier this week he made a bold Michael Jackson family revelation.
Saw Once Upon A Time In Hollywood. You were in the Cielo Dr house before with Reznor? Bad vibes?
“Yes. Bad vibes, indeed.”
Can America be saved? I love USA but you guys are a mess. Love from Dublin.
“America is a lot stronger than anyone outside of America might think. Don’t buy that Euro propaganda BS.”
Oh we know how strong America is…love, from a completely depleted and drained Middle East.
“What we have to do as a people (of this world, not just USA) is not let our governments or cultures define us. Respect for every person is the highest law.”
I relate to you in the sense that you are not and have never been a people pleaser. Integrity.
“Not my style. Maybe if I’d been more embraced in youth for the eccentric I am, it would have turned out different. But when I was cast aside, many years before writing MCIS, and much before disappointing someone for not playing enough of it, they helped create a coal-like contrarian.”
Corgan revealed the sad truth about Scott Weiland’s death a couple of weeks ago.
