Guns N’ Roses are set to release a new EP, Hard Skool, in February 2022. The EP which drops Feb. 25 and is exclusive to the band’s online store––will feature recent singles “Hard Skool” and “ABSUЯD,” as well as live versions of “Don’t Cry” and “You’re Crazy.” It was recently noted that Slash ran into Guns N’ Roses impersonator.

Richard Fortus opens up on the new Guns N’ Roses EP

Speaking to host Sarah Fenske on Monday’s St. Louis Public Radio, Guns N’ Roses guitarist Richard Fortus talked about the new EP, and may have hinted a full length Guns N’ Roses new album. He was asked if Guns N’ Roses put the album together amid the pandemic, to which Fortus said “a lot of it was done then, yeah.”

He was then asked how did he collaborated and whether it was done remotely and he responded in affirmative. It was noted that “it works”.

Fortus was asked if that part of that band is for him. The interviewer noted that the band is used to putting things together remotely. It was noted that he is based in St. Louis.

Richard said:

“Um… yes and no. I mean, most of the stuff is done face to face. But yeah, since the pandemic…”

The interviewer then asked when the album is supposed to hit the markets, to which Richard said that: “I do not know and I’m… yeah, that’s not something that I can…” It has been highly loved by the fans that the band is keeping the classic hard rock styling.

Guns N’ Roses are headed to Mexico in October 2022. The band wrote on their website, “Don’t miss your chance to see the band live in Merida, Guadalajara, Mexico City and Monterrey in October 2022.

Tickets go on sale to the general public beginning 16th of December at 10 AM local time.”
