I placed an order a month ago and have not received any updates on the shipping status or any replies on the email I sent the official merch email address a week ago to ask about the status of my order.
I placed my order through first class assuming that meant it would be delivered in less than a month, but alas, it has not even been prepared for shipping yet.
This is my first time ordering from their online store, so I don’t know if this is the norm or not. Anyone else experience delays like this when ordering online? If so, what have you done to resolve the issue? Am I just being a dick?”
