On The Howard Stern Show this week, a cast member making gross remarks like ‘super steamy’ was played just after the show played a Chris Cornell classic coming back from break. Howard Stern recently had on a guest who believes Chris Cornell was murdered.

MarksFriggin.com recapped: After the break they played Soundgarden’s ”The Day I Tried to Live” as they were coming back.

Howard came back and said that’s Soundgarden playing. Fred played Brent saying ”super steamy” and things like that.

Howard said Bobo is coming in and then he’s going to get to the guys who will do their ”Show Me Your Package” thing. He said that Bobo is an Extreme superfan as he calls himself. He said he’s wearing a bag over his head so he can reveal his new look. He said they were thinking of not putting eye holes in the bag.

Howard asked what the delay is. Gary said he’s not sure. Bobo came in and everyone was cracking up. JD said he looks like a serial killer. Bobo said he can’t see the microphone there. He said he can see out the holes but not that well. Robin said this might be the best look for him.

Howard said Bobo has been calling in for how long. Bobo said 27 years. Howard said his name isn’t even Steven Bowie. He said it’s Bowe. Bobo said that his last name is Bowe and he was called Bowie. He said everybody called him that. Howard asked what that is with his speech impediment. Bobo said it’s his accent. Howard said that’s not an accent. Fred did his impression that sounds like Elmer Fudd. Robin said she never heard anyone talk like that out there. Bobo said she just visited and didn’t live there.

Howard Stern discussed what Chris Cornell told him about Kurt Cobain in a new ABC interview to promote his new book, Howard Stern Comes Again. Cornell and Cobain died by suicide in 2017 and 1994 respectively. Alternative Nation transcribed Stern’s comments.

“If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to get in the head of Steve Martin, or Ellen DeGenerous, or so many of these people, there’s over 140 people in this book. There’s touching moments from guys like Chris Cornell. Before he committed suicide, he was talking to me about Kurt Cobain from Nirvana. He said, ‘Why didn’t Kurt just wait six more months? If he could have held on, maybe his whole world would have changed.’ I mean crazy stuff.”
